Open the Find My Child app and tap “Forgot password” on the login screen. You will receive a reset link to your registered email address within a few minutes.
First check that location permissions are set to “Always” on your child’s device. Also confirm that mobile data or WiFi is active. If the issue continues, try closing and reopening the app on both devices.
Yes — you can add multiple children to a single family account. Each child installs the app on their own device and accepts your family invitation. All children appear on your live map simultaneously.
Go to the app’s Settings → Account → Delete Account. All your data is permanently removed within 24 hours. You can also email us at hello@findmychild.app and we will handle it for you immediately.
An internet connection is required on both devices for real-time location sharing. If the connection drops, the app shows the last known location with a timestamp so you always have context.
